The great part about this service is you get to choose how the sessions are run, both options are effective, it's just a case of selecting the one you feel best suits you and your organisation.
For those of you who are not that confident or simply wish to manage and maintain, we can customise for you and explain what we are doing and why as we go along. This is typically then supported with a subsequent administration training day for you and colleagues not necessarily involved directly with the customisation.
Alternatively for those of you who wish to get your hands dirty and take administrative ownership, we can merge the customisation phase with one of your training days to guide you through your own customisation in a "learn as you go" style workshop.
